This Worked for Me

A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with dry eye syndrome.

Experiencing dry eye symptoms

In the morning it was hard to open my eyes as they were stuck together with "sleep." During the day they felt gritty.

After seeing an optician I was told nothing could be done except treat the symptoms with drops and a soothing heat mask. These did offer some relief.

Exploring alternative dry eye treatment

An alternative therapist told me to take vitamin A daily and make sure I drank sufficient water- at least a liter a day on top of tea, coffee etc. This I did.

It’s not a fast fix, but gradually I found my eyes became naturally lubricated and I no longer use the eye mask, and very rarely do I use the eyes drops in one eye.

I would recommend you try this … daily vitamin A tablet and water … for a few months. It certainly worked for me. I hope it works for you.

Good luck
