This video shows how I travel/run errands while keeping my autologous serum drops cold, which are drops made from my own blood that can be used to help treat dry eye. When I'm out and about and need to keep these drops cold, it can be tricky. But I've found some resources that can help.

I am new at this. If i have success with them I'd like to take 8 frozen vials to Europe. What if they unfreeze a little until i get to my home. Will that be ok?

 <inline-mention username="CommunityMemberfa40a5" user-id="6648024"/> I would definitely try to keep them frozen unless you’re using a vial. The company I use Vital Tears, told me once they are thawed they only good about 7 days.

Where did you purchase the red carrying case that keeps your serum tears frozen? Or what is the name of the product so I can search for it? I’ve been searching for a way to keep my 100% serum tears frozen so I can travel. Thanks for sharing

 <inline-mention username="DebbyK" user-id="4221955"/> Hi Debby! They are gel packs and I freeze them in the freezer for a few hours! I also use a Yeti cup full of ice and put my serum tears in them. Both ways keep them cold for a long period of time. I’d be happy to answer anymore questions you have. 😀

I thot from your post that the diabetic case with gel packs could keep serum tears frozen for travel. It does not keep them frozen. A yeti cup can keep them cold. Anyone out there know how to keep serum tears “frozen” for travel???? Surely it is possible! I’ve already had back out of an international trip. Help! Debbyk
