In this video I demonstrate how I use the Quantum device (The Q) for my evaporative dry eye due to meibomian gland dysfunction. I use it daily to keep the oil in my glands flowing between intense pulsed light treatments. It takes 12 minutes to use each day.

 <inline-mention username="Jonathan Heath" user-id="6124002"/> I do have IPL and meibomian gland expression done with my doctor, and use of the Q device is meant to be at-home maintenance in between IPL and gland expression treatments.
