Anyone have Prokea slim lenses to manage atrophy of glands?
I have been seen by two dry eye specialists and have had a number of treatments. IPL ..4 sessions was the latest. My dry eye is still not much improved. The next recommendation is for Prokera slim lenses with additional IPL treatments (which are quite expensive). This involves placing a lens of amniotic membrane on the eye to restore the gland

I wanted to just acknowledge that I sympathize that your dry eye symptoms haven't improved much even after the effort you've put into it.
