"The maker of the iTear is called Olympic Ophthalmics. It does require a prescription. The device cost me 250.00 and each month I pay 30.00. Depending on how much your doctor recommends you use it, it could cost up to 50.00 a month, I believe. My doctor sent in the prescription and it was mailed to me. The website has helpful information."
