Dry eye and skin conditions

Does anyone else deal with any skin condition(s) on top of chronic dry eye? Whether it's eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, etc.

If so, do you find your eyes are worse when your skin is worse and notice a correlation?

Is there anything you have found that helps while dealing with both?
