DOB 1/12/1936 my address 53 Salop road Walthamstow London E17 7HS, stopped provide me xalaCOM eyes drop since about 5/6 months ago. I have asked therefore by way of massage to the surgery. But failed. Sir my right eye very seriously damaged. Due to xalacom eye drops. Thanks
