Crying For No Reason

It started about two months ago I starting getting watery eyes and I thought maybe it was just allergies. I was getting worried so I had a visit with a OD. And was told I have DRY EYE. I’m now putting steroid drops in 4 times a day for 3 weeks and it seems to be helping. After I’m finished with the steroids, I will be going back for heat therapy for 3 times, spaced out 10 days apart. Then I will be getting stem cell drops put into my eye. I’m told this will CURE my dry eye. Will let you know how it works out. It will be sometime in December 2025. If anyone has been through this please advise me. Thanks
