I was wondering if anybody else noticed that their dry eyes seemed to feel better in the cold? I am talking 20 fahrenheit (-6 celsius) and below. It's almost like my eyes numb!
just the opposite for me. Cold temps plus low humidity make my eyes feel worse. Sharon Moore, Patient Leader

thanks Sharon! I think it’s the heat that is constantly on that makes my eyes hurt too!

I can kind of relate. My eye pain is worse during the summer but the scratchy, gritty feeling is worse during winter. Nothing helps much with eye pain but putting eye drops in and using an eye compress more often during the cold weather helps combat this. So I usually prefer winters over summers for dry eye.
