Maskin Gland Probing
Hello,
Looking for feedback on efficacy of Maskin Gland Probing. I have Sjögren's and MGD. I have severe dry eyes. I am on Restasis, Serum Tears and systemic medication. I have tried IPL, tear care with no improvement. I've read Maskin gland probing can be effective but I've also read it can also cause scarring if not done correctly. Interested to hear if anyone underwent it, how they are feeling and if it was worth it. Thanks in advance.
