Hi! Have had dry eye and MGD for over ten years. Now I have conjunctival chemosis. Have been on cequa for years. Am now on prednisone drops with some help to chemosis. On hylo drops and have tried many other eyedrops. Have had IPL and other treatments. Next step is stem cell. Any one else had the stem cell?
